Gloucester-based singer-songwriter Rachael Clark made her musical mark when the lead track from her debut album topped the UK Christian charts. She has since toured the UK with the likes of Anastacia, Marti Pellow and Lulu. Inspired by her faith, Rachael combines soulful melodies with heartfelt lyrics to share a message of hope and perseverance.
Rachael contacted me for a complete website overhaul. Having grown so far as a brand, her website no longer reflected her as an accomplished artist and she needed help with creating a brand indentity along with new website.
Recognizing the need for a more authentic representation, I skillfully customized a WordPress template to create a bright and vibrant website. Utilizing large images and a visually captivating layout, I successfully showcased the artist's personality and music. Additionally, I seamlessly integrated a third-party shop, empowering the artist to sell her music and merchandise directly to her fans. The redesign significantly enhanced the artist's online presence, aligning her digital identity with her unique style and talent, ultimately resonating with her audience on a deeper level.

Through collaborative brainstorming sessions with the artist, I generated fresh ideas and concepts for the website's visual identity, user interface, and overall user experience. Wireframes are then created to outline the website's layout, content structure, and interactive elements, ensuring a smooth and intuitive navigation. Once the wireframes are approved, the development phase commences, where the website design is brought to life with coding, integration of multimedia elements, and responsiveness for various devices.
